About me

book cover.jpg

I work across research, advisory and education at the intersection of fashion, culture and global markets. My work examines how consumer cultures, identities and changing social and economic conditions shape fashion markets and organisations.

My expertise spans fashion management, consumer culture, modest fashion, creative economies and markets beyond established Western contexts. I have worked with international fashion brands, artisan communities, policy bodies and academic partners on projects involving consumer insight, cultural positioning, sustainability and global fashion systems.

Alongside my academic work, I develop research-led advisory, commissioned research and education programmes for fashion, luxury and creative-industry organisations and institutions. My approach combines rigorous research with cultural and market understanding to support better-informed strategy, learning and decision-making.
